What we collect
When you submit the consultation form, we collect the details you enter: your name, company, email, phone number, website or app link and message. We also record the date and your IP address to prevent spam.
How we use it
We use these details only to reply to your request and discuss a possible engagement. We don't sell or share your information with anyone for marketing.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are stored in a secured database on our web hosting provider and sent to our business email. Access is limited to QAssurer.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and delete them on request.

Client product data
Anything you share about your product during an engagement, including test accounts and data, is treated as confidential and covered by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) when one is in place.
