Getting started
How does the free consultation work?
It's a 30-minute call. You tell us about your product, release plans and current testing. We'll suggest what to test first and which engagement model fits, and follow up with a written proposal if it makes sense to work together.
Can we start with one release or one feature?
Yes. Many clients start with a single release, landing page or flow. It's a low-risk way to see how we work before committing to anything larger.
How quickly can you start?
Small projects can usually start within a few working days of agreeing the scope. Larger engagements need a short planning phase first.
What do you need from us?
Access to a test or staging environment, any existing requirements or designs, and a contact on your team for questions. We work with whatever documentation you have, even if that's none.
Working together
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. An NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) is a legal promise to keep your information confidential. We're happy to sign yours, or provide ours, before you share any product details, test accounts or data.
Who owns the test cases and automation code?
You do. Everything we create for you, including test cases, scripts and reports, is yours to keep and reuse.
Which devices do you test on?
We have 5 in-house devices: an Android phone, an iPhone, an Android tablet, an iPad and desktops (Safari and Chrome on a MacBook, Chrome and Edge on Windows). We also test on 10 more real devices through BrowserStack, chosen for each project from the phones your customers use most.
Which tools do you use?
We work in your existing bug tracker and project tools wherever possible. If you don't have any, we'll recommend a simple setup that suits your team's size.
How do you report bugs?
Each bug has clear steps to reproduce, expected and actual results, severity, and a screenshot or video. You also get a summary at the end of every cycle.
Do you work with teams outside India?
Yes. We work remotely and can arrange meeting times that overlap with your working hours.
Pricing
How much does testing cost?
It depends on the size of your product, how much needs testing and the engagement model. After the consultation we send a fixed quote for project work, or a monthly price for ongoing support.
Do you offer fixed-price projects?
Yes. For work with a clear scope, such as a pre-launch test or a performance audit, we agree a fixed price up front.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. Monthly retainers can be paused or stopped with notice. There's no long lock-in.
